DamageMod is a realistic car damage mod for American Truck Simulator (ATS), bringing visible impact damage and body deformation to selected player-driven DM vehicles. Early Access V1 focuses on car damage, with vehicle-specific impact regions and multiple damage levels.

MODGuard required — Windows only

This product requires the MODGuard plugin and an internet connection. MODGuard is not compatible with macOS or Linux.

Car damage & deformation features

• Visible damage to body panels and exterior components.
• Front-end and rear-end damage in left, center and right impact regions.
• Multiple damage levels and combinations of regional damage.
• Vehicle-specific deformation configurations.

Vehicle lineup

Damage applies to the player-driven DM versions of these vehicles:

• 1967 Ford Mustang
• 2006 Ford Crown Victoria
• 2023 Ford F-150
• 2024 Ford Bronco

Requirements & compatibility

• American Truck Simulator is required.
• The MODGuard plugin is required to apply visual damage during gameplay.
• Select the DM version of a supported vehicle at the dealership.

The current release works on ATS only. Euro Truck Simulator 2 support is on the development roadmap.

Early Access V1

DamageMod is a work in progress. Vehicle models, damage configurations and visual details may change as development continues. Bugs may occur during early access; player feedback helps improve the project.

This is a digital mod. No physical item is shipped. Access your purchased mod through the Pizzster Modding download website.

DamageMod FAQ

Is this a “no damage” mod?

No. DamageMod adds visible collision damage and body deformation to supported DM vehicles. It does not remove damage.

Does DamageMod work with every vehicle?

This release focuses on the player-driven DM versions listed above. Select a supported DM vehicle at the dealership to use its damage configurations.

Does the current release support ETS2?

The current Early Access V1 release is for American Truck Simulator. Follow the official roadmap for Euro Truck Simulator 2 development.
