Pizzster Modding Ticket System Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 12, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Pizzster Modding Ticket System, operated by Pizzster Modding.

By creating, accessing, or participating in a support ticket, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Ticket System

The Ticket System exists solely to provide customer support for products and services offered by Pizzster Modding.

To receive support, users may be required to provide information necessary to verify ownership of a purchased product, including but not limited to a purchase email address and details regarding the support request.

3. Purchase Verification

Pizzster Modding reserves the right to verify ownership of products before providing support.

Support may be refused or discontinued if:

  • Ownership of a product cannot be verified.

  • False or misleading information is provided.

  • The product was obtained through unauthorized redistribution, file sharing, leaks, piracy, or any other unauthorized source.

Pizzster Modding is under no obligation to provide support for products acquired through unauthorized channels and/or websites.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate staff members or other users.

  • Use the Ticket System for spam, advertising, or unrelated purposes.

  • Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or misuse the Ticket System.

  • Use the Ticket System for unlawful purposes.

5. Ticket Management

Pizzster Modding reserves the right to:

  • Close tickets at its discretion.

  • Refuse support requests.

  • Restrict access to the Ticket System.

  • Remove access to support services when abuse or misuse is detected.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure

The Ticket System utilizes the Tickets V2 platform for ticket management, transcript generation, and related support functionality.

While Pizzster Modding manages support operations within its community, certain features and functionality depend upon services provided by Tickets V2.

7. Availability

The Ticket System is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Pizzster Modding makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Availability or uptime.

  • Response times.

  • Continuous operation.

  • Preservation of ticket history or transcripts.

The Ticket System may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Pizzster Modding is not responsible for outages, interruptions, service limitations, or data loss resulting from the operation, maintenance, or availability of third-party infrastructure providers, including Tickets V2.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pizzster Modding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Ticket System.

9. Changes to These Terms

Pizzster Modding may modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the Ticket System after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
