By creating or participating in a support ticket, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

The Ticket System may collect and store information voluntarily submitted by users, including:

  • Purchase email addresses.

  • Messages submitted within support tickets.

  • Information provided during support conversations.

  • Basic account information visible through the support platform, such as usernames and user identifiers.

Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information through support tickets.

3. Purpose of Collection

Information is collected and used for the following purposes:

  • Verifying ownership of purchased products.

  • Providing customer support.

  • Reviewing previous support requests.

The Ticket System utilizes Tickets V2 to facilitate ticket creation, management, transcript generation, and transcript storage.

Information submitted through support tickets, including ticket messages and purchase verification information, may be processed and stored through the Tickets V2 platform as part of providing support services.

5. Ticket Transcripts

Support tickets will be be archived as transcripts.

Transcripts may contain:

  • Messages submitted by users.

  • Responses provided by moderators or support staff.

  • Purchase verification information submitted during the support process.

Attachments and images are generally not included within archived transcripts.

6. Storage and Retention

Ticket transcripts are stored using the Tickets V2 platform.

Transcripts may be retained indefinitely unless deleted.

Pizzster Modding may retain transcripts for historical support purposes, dispute resolution, record keeping, fraud prevention, and operational needs.

Users may request transcript deletion, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

While Pizzster Modding may request transcript removal when appropriate, certain aspects of storage and retention are managed through the Tickets V2 platform.

7. Access to Information

Access to ticket transcripts is limited to authorized moderators and support staff responsible for handling customer support.

Moderators granted transcript access are required to maintain Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their accounts.

Information submitted through tickets is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

8. User Rights

Users may request:

  • A copy of their available support transcript.

  • Correction of inaccurate information where applicable.

  • Deletion of a support transcript, subject to legitimate operational or administrative requirements.

9. Data Security

Pizzster Modding takes reasonable measures to limit access to support information to authorized personnel.

However, no method of electronic storage, processing, or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Pizzster Modding may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication.
